Height

This is the height Above Finished Floor (A.F.F.), meaning this includes the Toe Kick Height.

The cabinet box height will Height – Toe Kick Height, as shown below being 774mm. You can adjust Toe Kick Height if you turn off Adjustable Legs.

For instance: If you turn off Adjustable Legs and set Toe Kick Height to 0, your carcass height would then equal the full Height.

Adjustable Shelf Quantity

This is the amount of adjustable shelves in this cabinet.

Adjustable shelves are supported by metal shelf supports that go into predrilled holes on the sides of the cabinet, and are designed to keep your shelves from sliding around.

Finished Interior

Select to have a the exterior colour for this this cabinet. Exterior colour matches the door colour you selected in Project Setup.

Otherwise, it will have the Carcass material for everything.

This is the width of the left back from the left side to the corner.

This dimension is the depth of both the left and the right sides of the cabinet, from the front of the box to the wall.

Toe Kick Height

Toe kick height is always subtracted off of the overall height you enter to calculate cabinet height.

This is adjustable only if you turn off Leg Levelers. By making this number smaller, the cabinet will get taller by the bottom getting closer to the ground. Making it larger will shrink the cabinet by raising the to bottom further away from the floor.

Leg Levelers

Having this option turned on will give adjustable leg levelers for the bottom of the cabinet. These are 102mm (4″) legs, with a total range between 90mm and 120mm of height, which allows for unlevel floor situations.

Toe kicks can clip on to these legs with the hardware provided by us by default.

Toe kick can also be pin nailed to the leg socket during cabinet install, in leu of using the provided clips if preferred.

Turning leg levelers off allows you to change to toe kick height, which in turn adjusts the height of the cabinet box from the bottom. Smaller toe kick height means taller box, larger to kick space means smaller box.

Toe kick height is always subtracted off of the overall height that you enter to leave you with your final carcass size.

Left Finished Legs

This will change and move the adjustable legs to accommodate a toe kick strip to return to the wall on the left side of the cabinet. Find the return strip in Accessories.

Right Finished Legs

This will change and move the adjustable legs to accommodate a toe kick strip to return to the wall on the right side of the cabinet. Find the return strip in Accessories.

Putting a name or number in this spot will help you organize your cabinets and products in a way that makes sense for you and your project.

This text will come through on the product sticker that gets put on the back of every cabinet that is produced in our shop, and will save you time from trying to figure out which cabinets are which.

Interior Colour

Door Types

Melamine cabinet doors offer a durable, stylish, and cost-effective cabinetry solution. These doors are made by coating a particle board or MDF core with a tough melamine resin, resulting in a hard-wearing finish. Particularly popular are the slab door styles, which feature a flat, seamless surface that emphasizes a clean, contemporary look. Melamine stands out for its affordability, providing a high-quality appearance and resilience at a lower cost. This makes melamine an attractive option for those seeking a modern aesthetic, ensuring both functionality and style.

A 5-piece melamine cabinet door combines durability with classic style, featuring a center panel surrounded by a four-piece frame. This structure emulates traditional paneled doors while offering melamine’s benefits, such as low maintenance, and scratch resistance. As it is made from composite materials, it does not suffer from the common issues that affect solid wood doors, such as expansion and contraction, and warping.

Thermofoil cabinet doors are well known for their durability, ease of maintenance, and timeless look. Made by bonding a vinyl film over a medium-density fiberboard (MDF) core using heat and pressure, these doors offer a seamless finish that is resistant to moisture and stains.

Choosing this option will remove the doors and drawer fronts from this order, as well as the pricing for them. This is available as a way for you to order all the cabinets you need, configured normally, while allowing you to supply and install your own fronts for all the cabinets.

By default, the “Slab Colour” selection below still determines the material for all accessory parts, “Finished Interior” cabinets, and the colour of edge banding that will be applied to the front edges of the cabinet carcasses.

If you have a specific edge band colour you want on the front of the carcasses, please write a note depicting your needs on the checkout page. This may incur a small charge for ordering specific colour edge banding if it is not in our specified selection.

Hinge Types

This is a Blum hinge that provides great adjustability and durability. It is easy to remove and attach the hinges to the cabinet and are built to last.

The terminology for these hinges is “Self-Closing”, which means when the door is close to shut, they will pull it shut all the way, and provide a small amount of resistance to ensure your doors do not open until you pull on them.

Drawer Slides

Axial slides are affordable and extremely durable.

They are metal sided, undermount, and soft close

The drawer bottom and back material is 16mm (5/8″) thick white melamine, for a rigid drawer that will not flex.

Movento slides are a concealed undermount soft close product from Blum.

They provide superior adjustment, smooth glide, and soft close system. Additionally, it comes fitted with a custom sized five piece drawer box, colour selections available, all of which are 16mm (5/8″) thick and doweled together. This provides an elegant, strong, functional drawer system.

Choosing this option will turn off all drawer material, hardware, related machining on cabinets, and remove the cost.

This allows you to make or supply your own preferred drawer boxes and hardware, while still getting the faces from Cabinet Solutions.

Drawer Box Colours

These colour selections only apply to five piece drawers, which use Movento slides.

All other drawer types will have white material.
